nourishment goes beyond the food we consume; it's about nurturing our whole selves—body, mind, and spirit.

this weekend we connect back to replenishing ourselves through moving our body, eating wholesome foods and listening to our inner wisdom. in our fast-paced world, it's important to pause and reconnect to who we are and the path we are on.

surrounded by trees and the sounds of the ocean, you'll have the opportunity to find stillness within through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices. the elements of water (ocean plunge), fire (beach bonfire), air (breathwork) and earth (physical movement) weaved through the weekend experience to inspire our natural connection to the world around us.

throughout your stay, you'll discover new ways to align your daily life with your true essence, guided by your intuition and inner wisdom.

come with an open heart, and leave with a refreshed spirit and renewed sense of purpose. i can't wait to share this experience with you.

    BODY (clarity + intentions)

    we begin by settling into our body through moving and stretching. we will focus on mindful breathing, and setting clear intentions for the weekend and our lives.

    MIND (strength + personal power)

    we acknowledge our fears, patterns, challenges and feel for our deeper power for guidance and direction.

    as an option between classes we will gather for a fire on the beach with an option of a taking a cleansing plunge in the ocean 🔥 🌊

    (pm)

    HEART (feelings + self love)

    we get to heart of it all as we connect to our emotional realm. we feel for the ways our body communicates and guides us.

    SOUL (spirit + wisdom)

    we become quiet and explore our intuition, listening for how it communicates with us and recognizing its essential role in our healing and growth.

what’s included

all weekend programming, accommodation in a beautiful, oceanside, private property. all meals prepared by private chef are included: 

  • a weekend at ocean beach retreat on the sunshine coast

  • accommodation in oceanfront home for 2 nights

  • wholesome, healthy, local and organic meals + snacks prepared by Shelby Lewis

  • four 2hr guided yoga sessions includes

    • yoga (flow, hatha, restorative)

    • meditation practices

    • breathwork

    • journal prompts + reflection time

    • *yoga is offered at all levels

  • optional homework practices between classes

  • a mindful eating exercise/teaching for each meal

  • free time to access and integrate in nature

  • guided cold plunge session in the ocean

  • intentional beachside bonfire
